Thank you for using BEATINFO application (hereafter referred to as “APP”). To help you understand how Singular Wings Medical Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Company”) collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide through the APP, please read the following terms before using. By clicking “Agree”, you have read, understood and agreed to follow our privacy policy.

◆ Scope of the Privacy Policy

The content of the privacy policy includes how the Company collects and processes your personal information through the App. The privacy policy does not apply to the related links other than the APP, nor does it apply to persons not commissioned by the Company or involved in the management of the APP.

For providing your best personalized service, customer management, business, marketing, statistics, analysis and information management, the Company will actively collect relevant personal information generated from the APP.

1. The Company collects and stores any information you provide or allow access to, including but not limited to name, portrait, height, weight, address, mobile number, email address, gender, date of birth, contact list, etc. If it is necessary, the information further includes credit card and payment.

2. Other data generated during your use of the APP, including IP address, login time, location information, cookie information of this APP, the software and hardware attributes of mobile phone, browser and the user's click record, will be automatically received and recorded by the server.

3. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information of minors under the age of 13 or otherwise required by local law. If you are a minor, you should read the privacy policy with your guardian and use the APP if you have the consent of your guardian.

The personal information collected by the Company will be used as follows:

1. Identification of your identity during your use of the APP.

3. Improvement of the service of the APP or development of new services.

4. The Company will send your management messages and other promotional messages by push notification or email. If you do not wish to receive management or promotional messages, you can cancel this notification service at any time.

5. The Company may provide "Comprehensive Non-Personal Information" to third party. "Comprehensive Non-Personal Information" means the information is about the record of use from the user and is classified, which will not identify user after being classified. The processing and utilization of the above information may be carried out by the Company's affiliates or other partners of the Company, or outside of the Republic of China. 1. When you use certain social features on the App, you agree to share some basic information publicly, which may include your username, hometown or profile image.

2. To enable certain features within the APP, you may need to adjust settings about your privacy and share specific messages. You can also choose to share your event on other platforms, such as WhatsApp or WeChat. Please read the privacy policies of these platforms at this time, as our privacy policy will no longer be applied to your public activities on these platforms.

3. Your publicly shared information may be used to promotional purposes by the Company.

◆ Autonomy of Information

1. You may inquire, copy, change or read information belonging to you.

2. You may request Company to stop collecting, processing, or utilizing your information, and you may also request Company to remove your personal information. You will not be able to use the service of the APP if you stop or remove it.

3. The Company has the right to refuse a request for deletion or change of personal information which it jeopardizes the country's material interests or jeopardizes the performance of statutory duties by the public agency or jeopardizes the third party's material interests.

1. To protect your privacy, the Company provides the necessary technical and security measures to protect personal information, including encryption and verification tools.

2. Please keep carefully your personal information, registered account and password, etc. to avoid leaking.

3. You agree that the information provided and used is correct and lawful, and does not infringe rights of third party, not violate agreements of third party nor involve any illegal acts.

◆ Disclaimer

1. The Company does not guarantee that the APP is fully compatible with the mobile device you use nor guarantee that the APP continues using without interruption or has no errors.

2. The information provided from the APP is reference only. The Company will not be responsible for the information with any error or inconsistency with actual condition.

3. The APP provides you with the third-party website links, thus you may access conveniently other websites. However, it does not mean that the contents of such third-party websites are recognized and are responsible by the Company. If you link to a third-party website or advertisement, all risks arising therefrom shall be carried by you. The Company will not be liable for any transactions between you and any advertiser or third-party website operator.

4. Except for the intentional or gross negligence of the Company, the Company will not be responsible for the damage of the third party, which is caused by using the APP.

◆ Changes to this Privacy Policy

1. The Company has the right to amend this privacy policy in the future.

2. This privacy policy may be updated from time to time, and the updates will be shown through the APP. When you start to use by clicking "Agree", it will be deemed that you have agreed to the latest content of this privacy policy.

3. If you do not accept this privacy policy or the updated versions, please stop using the APP immediately.
